RAINBOW BEACH

The Sunset Safaris 6-Day Package tour offers fantastic value, with a 1 Night stay at a Rainbow Beach backpackers, and Transfers between Rainbow Beach & Gympie to meet GBR or Fraser Bus the next day. You can also enjoy optional surfing Lessons or Kayaking with Dolphins at Rainbow Beach at Great Prices (see resort reception).

Rainbow Beach is a great place to enjoy the afternoon on day 2, (or Morning on Day 4 if doing GBR Tour First). The Rainbow Beach surf and sand is perfect for a swim or a surf, and the coloured sands of the Rainbow Beach fore shore is truly spectacular. Enjoy Carlo Sand blow and take in some of the Worlds best coastal scenic views. The relaxed life at the Rainbow beach Backpackers is well known for good times, or if you prefer, enjoy a quite walk along the moonlit beach to wind down. . Stop at Matilda Road House 8:50
. Picked up by Sunset Safaris bus from Matilda Road House at 9:40

· 2:30 Arrive at 1770 / Agnes Water – Check into Resort
· Enjoy optional activities such as Surf Lessons, Swimming, Thundercat Rides, Kayaking or Sunset Amphibious vehicle cruise. (According to Tour Guide Directions and availability).
. OR Enjoy FREE Activities such as swimming at the beach between the flags or swim in the resort pool, or relaxing on the beach.

DAY-5

· Depart on the Spirit of 1770 for Lady Musgrave Island for our day on the Coral lagoon. Lunch and all activities on board the boat are included.

PAYMENT
Your Tour payment is broken up into 2 componants, your Sunset Safaris ticket price componant ($738), and your Fraser Island - National Park Fees, and Boat Access & Reef Tax componant ($260). The Fraser Island - National Park Fees, and Boat Access & Reef Tax componant of $260 must be paid in CASH to driver upon departure, while the $738 boarding pass can be purchased HERE on this web site.



CANCELLATION POLICY DUE TO STONG WINDS
Occasionally strong winds will cause the cancellation of the boat that takes us to the Great Barrier Reef. Sunset Safaris will always endeavour to cancel or postpone the excursion to the Town of 1770 before time of departure if winds are too strong.
However, due to the unpredictability of winds, we may arrive at the Town of 1770, and be told by the boat company that the trip has been cancelled. In the uncommon event that this occurs, Sunset Safaris will refund the total sum of the purchase price of the Boat ticket and reef tax ($170 - part of the $260 cash componant) at the town of 1770. A range of other activities such as snorkelling and diving in sheltered waters, sea kayaking, surfing, amphibious vehicle rides, and much more may be arranged by Sunset Safaris Staff at 1770, and these optional activities are then payable by the customer.

CUSTOMER CANCELATIONS
Cancellations with less than 24 Hours notice incurs a 100% cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 72 hours, but not less than 24 hours, incurs a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations with less than 7 days notice, but not less than 72 hours notice incurs a $25% cancellation fee.
Cancellations not less than 7 Days notice will incur a 5% cancellation fee (administrative processing).
