CANCELLATION POLICY: If the Magnetic Island ferry is cancelled by SeaLink QLD due to unforeseen circumstances (for example, inclement weather) a transfer to another day or full refund will be offered. No refunds are given on unused ferry tickets. Cancellations for day tours will incur the following cancellation fees: More than 30 days before departure: 10% of coast Between 7 and 30 days before departure: 50% of cost. Less than 7 days before departure: 80% of cost. Within 24hr of departure (or no-show): 100% of cost. No Refund.

Phillip Island Helicopters:

If you should cancel within 12 hours of your flight you will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. All flights are subject to weather and the pilot has the final word on safety. Should we not be able to fly due to weather, then we will book another time with you that is convenient.
